The Parsons-graduated, Shanghai-based designer Yajun Melody Lin, presented SS19 collection inspired by Douglas Hofstadter’s 1979 book “Gödel, Escher, Bach: An Eternal Golden Braid”.
Music was a reinvention of Bach’s “Prelude and Fugue No. 2” commissioned from Miho Hatori and graphics was from artist Wang Hai who introduced the Hofstadter book to her.
