ABOUT FUROSHIKI MASTERS
Yumi Iida
Yumi is the current owner of KITEYA SOHO, an eclectic Japanese boutique offering delightful wares from five Kyoto-based artisans. As a better-half of mother-daughter duo (Keiko and Yumi Iida), Yumi has made Kiteya as the brainchild of their bazaarlike concept and mission to bring brilliantly colored, traditional Japanese goods stateside. Kitaya has held Furoshiki workshop a couple of times in the past. And for 2013, they plan to start the culture classes including Japanese conversation lesson and hopefully Furoshiki wrapping workshop.
